Abstract

The book Los caminos del água (The Waterways), written and illustrated by the Ecuadorian collective La Cabina de la Curiosidad, formed by architects Daniel Moreno and Marie Combette and published by the Mexican publisher Arquine, constitutes a significant contribution to Latin American bibliography that articulates territory and society. The work is an invitation to reflect on the processes of urbanization and territorial occupation, highlighting nature not only as a backdrop, but as an entity with its own rights, capable of coexisting in balance with people.
