Abstract
In 2022, I moved to São Paulo. I left Salvador, my homeland, an extremely unequal city, however I could not imagine what I was about to face in the capital of São Paulo. I met a city within a city, the homeless of São Paulo, which grew astonishingly during and after the Covid-19 Pandemic, and now stands at approximately thirty-two thousand people.
