A Manifesto for the Theory of Architecture as a Basket
Abstract
The building as a container, like a basket, like a pool that holds the history of life, full of transformations, unpredictability, and disorder. If we define the building as a container, then it becomes the site itself, and architecture no longer needs empty lots to flourish, but existing structures to initiate transformation.
